THE ZONE TECHNIQUE

Glandular, Eliminative, Nerve, Digestive, Muscular, and Circulatory

These are the six BRAIN CENTERS that control the six main systems of the body. These centers send signals that travel from the Brain, down the spinal cord, through the nerves and directly or indirectly control the function of every organ, tissue, and cell in the human body.

The Zone Technique is designed to specifically analyze the six systems that control the body, find the imbalances, and balance them. When your body is balanced, you HEAL!

Let's get a little deeper...

TELL ME, HOW ARE YOU FEELING?

ZONE 1

  • The Glandular Zone controls all of the glands throughout your body. It serves as your internal pharmacy.

  • The brain communicates with all glands throughout the body, initiating the release of vital hormones and chemicals crucial for maintaining health and facilitating optimal bodily functions.

  • When the body's glands operate smoothly, you can enjoy enhanced moods, emotional stability, better sleep, increased energy levels, improved digestion, a robust immune system, hormonal equilibrium, and enhanced reproductive capabilities.

ZONE 2

  • The Eliminative Zone oversees the function of all elimination organs, including the sinuses, bronchioles, lungs, kidneys, bladder, colon/intestines, toxins, and bowel movements.

  • Every cell in your body generates waste as part of its natural metabolic processes; yet, it necessitates a means of expelling this waste. Similar to the plumbing system in a house, a blockage leads to an unsanitary environment.

  • When the eliminative organs are functioning properly you can expect clear sinuses, a strong immune system, regular bowel movements, less bloating and toxins.

ZONE 3

  • The Nervous Zone is comprised of the two automatic nervous systems: parasympathetic, which regulates a rest and recovery response; or sympathetic, which regulates the fight or flight response.

  • When this Zone is compromised, overall nervous system function may decline. You may experience anxiousness, worry, overstimulation, numbness, tingling, weakened muscles, dampened feeling, headaches, migraines, and lack of sleep.

  • A properly functioning Nervous System can bring you back into harmony, allowing you to handle your environment better. You can expect to no longer be overwhelmed and hyperactive or underwhelmed and seeking stimulation all the time.

If you fit into any zone we can help you in our office, and if you're not sure, give us a call.

  • A properly functioning Nervous System promotes stress adaptability, normal sense function, relaxation, and increased energy.

ZONE 4

  • The Digestive Zone encompasses more than just the stomach and intestines; it involves the mouth, esophagus, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, all crucial for proper food breakdown.

  • When the Digestive Zone is unbalanced, you may experience food allergies, vitamin deficiencies, IBS, heartburn/acid reflux, bloating, flatulence,  constipation, diarrhea, and appetite changes.

  • An optimally functioning Digestive System supports regular digestion, nutrient assimilation, and bowel movements.

ZONE 5

  • The Muscular Zone primarily concerns the core structures of your body: muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones.

  • Individuals subjecting their bodies to significant physical stress may experience imbalances in their Muscular Zone, leading to pain, weakness, or muscle tension.

  • A well functioning Muscular System can support normal muscle tone, decrease aches and pains, enhance overall body strength, and promote relaxation.

ZONE 6

  • The Circulatory Zone oversees both the circulatory system (heart, veins, arteries) and the lymphatic system, which is vital for maintaining fluid balance and eliminating cellular waste.

  • Compromises in this Zone may lead to symptoms such as heart problems, irregular blood pressure, swelling, or cold extremities.

  • A well functioning Circulatory System can result in normalized blood pressure, improved temperature regulation in your extremities, and enhanced circulation throughout your body.
